Focusing on the history of the LGBT community in the region, Kentuckiana Pride Foundation launched A History of Pride on Wednesday. The interactive timeline features quotes, images, links, and information about the LGBT pride movement in and around Louisville, Kentucky. Also included are events both inside and outside the region that inspired local activism seen in the community today.

Kentuckiana Pride Parade

Kentuckiana Pride Foundation is now accepting applications for participants in the 2013 Kentuckiana Pride Parade. The parade heads down Main Street each year immediately before the beginning of the largest LGBT pride event in the commonwealth of Kentucky, the Kentuckiana Pride Festival. Participation in the parade is free, but registration is required.
