Booths at Kentuckiana Pride Festival

Kentuckiana Pride Festival ("the Event") is a two day event which will hosted on Friday, June 14, and Saturday, June 15, 2013. The event is produced by Kentuckiana Pride Foundation, Inc. ("the Event Producer"). Fees for registrations depend on the type of booth space and the nature of the registrant's organization.
Registrants may set up booths on Friday or Saturday during the times listed below.
- Friday, between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM
- Saturday, between 7:00 AM and 10:30 AM
A late fee of $40.00 will be charged for setting up after the posted times. If a late fee is charged, the fee must be paid before the registrant will be allowed to set up. Due to limitations, the Event Producer will be unable to assist registrants with set-up or tear-down.
Registrants operating booths on Friday must have their booths open from 8:00 PM to midnight on Friday. All registrants must have their booths open from 12:00 PM to midnight on Saturday.
Overnight security is provided, however neither the Event Producer or any of its volunteers, employees, or agents will be responsible for any items left by the registrant on the property.
Vehicle access to the Belvedere will be extremely limited. Plan on loading and unloading at the street. Vehicles will not permitted on the Belvedere after 5:00 PM on Friday or 10:30 AM on Saturday. Registrants will be responsible for any damage to city property caused by their vehicles.
For standard booths (that is, booths other than concessions), each space is 10 feet by 10 feet If you provide your own tent for your booth, it may not exceed the booth space. Absolutely no staking is allowed. Spaces under festival provided tents will be available by 5:00 PM on Friday.
